AI Engineering for Game Studios
Agent pipelines that turn a brief into tested game features, generative asset workflows that check their own output, and the internal AI platform your teams share. Built by engineers who have shipped for Voodoo and spent years inside Wildlife Studios' live games.

What We Build for Studios
Production systems that run inside your pipeline, with your designers and engineers approving what ships.
Content and Feature Pipelines
Agent pipelines that take a short brief to a design document, UI mockups, assets, engine code and tests, with a human approval gate before anything is built. We built this for Voodoo on a live hyper-casual title.
Generative Asset Workflows
2D and 3D generation wired into Blender and your engine, with machine checks on every output: geometry, contrast and overlap on rendered pixels, and vision-model review. Your artists get assets that already pass the basic checks.
Engine and Tooling Automation
MCP servers and CLI automation for Unity and your DCC tools, so agents can open scenes, run builds and execute play-mode smoke tests. We track what the Unity CLI and Unity AI can do today and where they still break.
Live-Ops and Player Data
LLM assistants over your analytics warehouse, localization and live-event copy generation, and the classic models that live-ops runs on: pLTV, recommendations, segmentation and A/B testing done with proper causal inference.
Internal AI Platforms
A shared platform that replaces the ad hoc scripts each team built on its own: Claude or other models behind MCP tools with fine-grained, auditable access, separate prototype and production environments, evaluation and observability.
Secure AI Backends
Agents that touch player data, payments or your repositories need the same discipline as any other backend: scoped permissions, prompt-injection defenses, secrets kept out of model context, cost limits per request, and logs you can audit.
Engineers Who Know How a Live Game Runs
Carlos Dutra, who founded Vindler, spent 2020 to 2024 at Wildlife Studios, the studio behind Sniper 3D, Zooba and Tennis Clash, as Senior Manager of Data. He built pLTV and recommendation models for user acquisition, grew the analytics team from 3 to 15 people across four countries, and led the studio's early generative AI work on content creation, translation and localization, plus an AI assistant for data analysis.
Since then Vindler has built an autonomous feature pipeline for Voodoo and designed an AI platform architecture for Bluetile Games. The common thread is that studios rarely lack ideas for AI. What they lack is the engineering that makes a promising prototype safe to run every week: verification on every output, permissions on every tool, cost per request tracked, and a way to trace any result back to the commit and input that produced it.
We also sit outside the studio's org chart, which matters when the job is reviewing what another vendor or an internal team shipped. We write down why each architecture decision was made, so your team can own the system after we step back.
Tools We Ship With
What We Have Written About Games and AI
- An autonomous Unity pipeline from brief to playable feature
- AI in mobile gaming: operational efficiency across content, economy and engineering
- The Unity CLI: what ships today, what is still broken, and why it matters
- Unity AI open beta: what it ships with and what it costs
- AI agent security is application security
How We Work
Call with an Engineer
45 minutes with Carlos, who founded Vindler. Bring the workflow that eats the most senior time, or the AI prototype someone on the team already built.
Fixed-Price First Step
A one week Production Readiness Review ($4,500) if you already have a prototype, or a short paid architecture sketch if you are starting from a brief. You get a written plan and a cost before committing to a build.
Milestone Build
Builds start at $25,000 and run in milestones you can stop between. Code goes into your repositories, accounts and models stay in your name, and evaluation runs from the first release.
