Leadership
Carlos Dutra
Founder & CEO
Carlos Dutra founded Vindler to raise the bar for AI engineering. He holds an MSc in Applied Mathematics with research in Machine Learning from the University of São Paulo, and completed MIT Sloan Executive Education's program on Leading the AI-Driven Organization in Cambridge. With over 15 years across software engineering and AI, he is a Toptal network developer and has built systems at Typeform, Trustly, Wildlife Studios, and Lotlinx. He contributes to major open source AI projects, including LangChain and Hugging Face Diffusers. Carlos believes the best AI solutions come from engineers who combine deep technical knowledge with a real understanding of the business problem.
