Build Your Defense Factory
Agents that investigate every finding, test whether it is exploitable, route it to the right owner with evidence, prepare the patch and retest the deployed fix. We build it on the scanners, repositories and trackers you already run, following the structure of OpenAI's Defense Factory playbook.

Your Scanners Find More Than Your Team Can Fix
Duplicates hide priorities, findings wait for an owner, and a merged patch gets marked done without anyone checking the fix in production. Meanwhile attackers have open-weight models and agents that chain weaknesses faster than a person can triage them.
A Defense Factory moves the routine investigation to agents and keeps your engineers on the decisions. We wrote up how OpenAI's playbook works and where the engineering effort goes in How to Build a Defense Factory.
What We Build
One stage of the loop per card, from inventory to a fix verified in production.
Asset Inventory and Ownership
Agents reconcile cloud records, deployment configuration and service ownership into one inventory, linking each exposed endpoint to its code and its owner, with the gaps listed.
Discovery
Scans guided by the inventory, your threat model and your security policy, merged with the findings your existing tools already produce into one pool of candidates.
Dynamic Validation
Agents test suspected exploits against a runnable copy of the service in an isolated environment, keep the reproduction evidence and remove duplicates, so engineers only see findings that hold up.
Ownership Routing
Company-specific skills that turn a validated finding into an issue in your tracker, assigned to a named owner, with the evidence attached.
Verified Remediation
A focused patch with validation evidence goes to human review. After your normal deploy, an independent check retests the fix in production and records the result.
The Platform Underneath
Reproducible environments for your priority services, a credential proxy so agents never hold secrets, policy enforcement, monitoring of agents, hosts and network activity, and an audit log of every agent action.
How We Build It
On your tools. No new security platform to buy. Agents connect to your scanners, repositories, cloud accounts and issue tracker through APIs, command-line tools and MCP servers, and the skills live in your repository.
The agents are part of the attack surface. The July 2026 Hugging Face incident showed agents with exposed credentials chaining access across connected systems. Every agent we deploy runs isolated, with scoped short-lived credentials and no route to production without a human approval. Our write-up of this year's agent incidents explains the controls: AI agent security is application security.
Measured from week one. Coverage, finding quality, time from finding to owner, verified fixes and human hours per fix, on a dashboard your leadership can read.
Tools We Work With
The factory plugs into what you already run. These are common starting points.
How the Engagement Runs
Start with one workflow, then extend coverage.
Call with an Engineer
45 minutes with Carlos, who founded Vindler. Bring your current finding backlog and the tools that produce it.
Readiness Review, One Week, $4,500
We map inventory and ownership gaps, check which priority services can run in a reproducible environment, pick the first workflow and list the controls the agents need. You get a written six-week plan with a fixed cost. The fee is credited to the build.
Six-Week Build, From $25,000
One workflow end to end, from discovery to a verified fix, on your systems and in your accounts. Then we extend coverage service by service, or hand it to your team with the runbooks.
