Welcome to the Vindler Blog
We're launching this blog to share what we've learned building AI systems that actually work in production and impact millions of customers.
Who This Blog Is For
If you're a business or technical leader trying to make informed decisions about AI beyond the hype, this blog is for you. We write for people who need to understand not just what's possible, but what's practical, what works, and what the real tradeoffs are.
What to Expect
Our content is technical and practical, but also focused on impact. We don't write about AI in the abstract. We write about the decisions you face when shipping real products, the patterns that scale, and the mistakes that cost time and money.
We track recent trends, but through the lens of hands-on experience. Our team consists of practitioners actively developing AI solutions in production. We've built systems using LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architectures, and multi-agent frameworks. We've dealt with hallucinations, context windows, token costs, and all the messy reality of production AI.
How We Write
Our posts are long and well-structured. We believe complex topics deserve thorough treatment, but we organize content so it's easy to navigate. You can skim headings to find what you need, or read straight through for the full context.
We write manually, though we use AI assistance for research. The narrative, opinions, and conclusions are ours. Speaking of which, we're opinionated. We have strong views on what works and what doesn't, shaped by real-world experience. You might disagree. That's fine. We'd rather share our honest perspective than hedge everything with "it depends."
One important note: we don't comment on projects we're working on with clients. Everything we discuss is based on publicly available information and general concepts we've validated across multiple contexts.
Topics We'll Cover
Expect posts on AI engineering patterns, multi-agent architectures, fine-tuning strategies, team organization, observability and quality assurance, security and privacy considerations, user experience in AI products, production challenges, cost optimization, and the organizational changes needed to ship AI products successfully.
We're Listening
We're open to topic suggestions. If there's something specific you want us to dig into, reach out. If we have relevant experience, we'll share it.
That's it. Welcome to the Vindler blog. Let's build AI systems that actually work.
